Penfield defeated Rush-Henrietta 16-9 to earn their first Class A Sectional title since 2018. Sophomore Avery Fordham earned MVP honors for the Patriots face Orchard Park at Clarence High School on Saturday in the Far West Regional.

In Class B, Victor won its fourth straight Sectional title, holding off Pittsford 11-9. Julia Bruno scored three goals to lead the Blue Devils and MVP Allie Pisano added two goals and five draw controls. Victor also travels to Clarence to face the host school in the Far West Regional.
