Penn Yan defeated Waterloo 17-5 to earn the Class D Girls Lacrosse title for the third straight season. Bailey Cooper had five goals and an assist and earned MVP honors for the Mustangs. Makenna Mullins added three goals for Penn Yan, who will face Eden on Thursday at Williamsville South in the Far West Regional.

In Class C, Honeoye Falls-Lima won their 12th title in 13 years, holding off Palmyra-Macedon 9-6. MVP Shaye Angelo, Harper Jacob and Mackinley Buckley paced the Cougars at the offensive end while junior goalie Sarah McLaughlin allowed only one goal in the second and third quarters. The Cougars play Lake Shore in the Far West Regional.
