Penfield won the NYS Class A Girls Lacrosse title, 9-3 over Suffern and Victor defended their NYS Class B title for the fourth straight year, beating Garden City 12-9.

In Class A, the Patriots earned the program's first State Title, Avery Fordham scored four times to lead Penfield, who won 15 of their last 16 games, the only loss, a one-goal defeat at the hands of Victor.

In Class B, Morgan Livingston scored four goals as the Blue Devils won their seventh NYS Title.
