Sophomore Grady Goodberlet (MVP) and junior Marco Vengoechea scored six goals each as Honeoye Falls-Lima defeated Palmyra-Macedon 19-7 to earn their third straight Section V Class C Boys Lacrosse title.

In Class D, Penn Yan earned their 13th Sectional title in the last 14 seasons with a 19-6 victory over Bloomfield/Honeoye. Teagan Fingar (MVP) and Tukker Fisher scored five goals each for the Mustangs.
