All submissions must be completed electronically using the links below for the correct season. Please download the application form and get signed by your athletic director with the essay responses, high school transcript, high school activities resume as detailed in the form, letter of recommendation from the coach of the sport for which you are applying. Then fill out the form and upload all of these materials to complete the scholarship application process. A $500 scholarship will be awarded in every sport offered in Section V.
A student athlete who is graduating in 2027 can submit an application for each sport they participate in for each season and can win more than once.
