Due to recent changes in New York State Education Department (NYSED) policies, Section V can no longer offer CPR/AED and First Aid courses free of charge. Section V has become a licensed service provider through the American Red Cross. The fee for the course covers the cost of the course completion certificate that is issued by the American Red Cross.
