Brendan Mangone completed 20-of-31for 237 yards and two touchdowns including a 60-yard strike to Ronin Walker that helped stake Rush-Henrietta to a 10-0 lead at halftime. Imani Wagstaff Jr. rushed the ball 19 times for 91 yards and a score, Xavier Cox caught eight passes for 82 yards. Noah Collins-Howard returned a kickoff 88 yards for a touchdown and had four catches for 41 yards. Denzel Sanchez finished with two catches for 20 yards and a score. Walker led the defense with 10 tackles including three for a loss. Joe Ifante had nine tackles (4 for a loss). Brennen Spencer accounted for six tackles (4 for a loss) and two pass break-ups. Mangone forced a fumble and had eight tackles. McQuaid’s Gavin Vander Wal completed 13-of-20 passes for 137 yards. Thomas Bailey rushed for 72 yards on 13 carries and made two catches for an additional 32 yards. Bailey also had eight tackles and two quarterback hurries.

Amari Marianetti-Smith scored two unanswered rushing touchdowns to lead Spencerport to the comeback victory. Marianetti-Smith ultimately ran for 136 yards, and also led the Rangers with 12 tackles, including two for a loss and a forced fumble. Dom Sprague made 10 tackles including one for a loss, and also recorded a sack. Sammy Hopkins tallied eight tackles, and Jaedon Ford pulled down an interception. Zane Kropman ran for 148 yards and a touchdown for Penfield, while Jack Bidleman led the Patriots on defense with two sacks and seven tackles, including two for a loss.

Justin Medina's four rushing touchdowns spearheaded the Brighton Bruins to a win as part of an 82-yard night for the junior. Ethan Bialasweski threw for 197 yards and a touchdown, while Zack Rossignol rushed for 79 including a touchdown. Leo Hopkins also scored a receiving touchdown. Clarence Bell (76) and Matthew Heininger (52) led Brighton in receiving yards. Heininger also led the Bruins with eight tackles, defensively. Amari Snowden (6), Zahmar Tookes (5), Titus Nebbia (5), Charlie Messina (5, including two for a loss), and Rossignol (5) also tallied tackles, with Rossignol also claiming a sack. Patrick Newcomer was six-for-six on extra points.

DeShawn Johnson rushed for four touchdowns on 70 yards offensively while making six tackles and a sack defensively as Irondequoit used a 20-point second quarter to jump ahead at the half, 26-7, en route to the Eagles' second win of the year. Cooper Moore and John Barr each rushed for 100 yards and a touchdown. Jayden Nelson also scored a touchdown on the ground. Eric Torres threw for 88 yards, with Josh Barr as his top target, making three catches for 77 yards. Sam Thore led Irondequoit with 11 tackles, with Myles Kedley and Landon Bryan each making nine tackles and a sack. Anthony Major and Isaac Nielson both made seven tackles, with Major also sacking three.

Jaxon Leonard completed 5-of-8 passes including a 21-yard touchdown strike to Andrew Jeffers in the first quarter when Churchville-Chili jumped out to a 20-0 lead. Jeffers also returned an interception for a touchdown in the opening quarter as did Mike Bekridakis. Jayden Jager rushed for 34 yards and a touchdown on 10 carries while Ocean Minor gained 85 yards on the ground off 18 carries. Minor also had one catch for 15 yards.

Nathan Harris rushed for 43 yards and a pair of touchdowns to help stake Victor to a 14-6 lead at halftime. Harris found pay dirt on a 13-yard run to start the scoring and later the senior running back reached the end zone from one yard out. Gus Pappajohn added a fourth-quarter touchdown for the Blue Devils. Luke Johnson led the Victor ground game with 126 yards on 17 carries. Jordan Dawson paced the Victor defense with six tackles including two solo efforts and an interception. Ben Guiffre accounted for five tackles and an interception. Mason Naple had three tackles and a sack.

Maggio Buchholz and Lakoda Mruczek rushed for two touchdowns apiece to lead the Batavia offense. Buchholz gained 120 yards on 13 carries and converted three 2-point conversions in the win. The senior also finished with 12 tackles and one fumble recovery. Mruczek accounted for 142 yards on 10 carries with seven tackles and one sack. Greyson Betances also found the end zone for the Blue Devils. Nolan Ball gained 102 yards on the ground with 15 carries and had five tackles on the defensive side. Aiden Kopper caught two passes for 37 yards. Devre Sanders had 12 tackles while Brock Bigsby finished with nine tackles and a sack. Cole Davis had eight tackles for Batavia.

Taye Brown rushed for three touchdowns and threw for another while racking up 101 yards on the ground and 160 through the air as East/WOIS earned its first win of the season. Dezmon Jackson made five catches for 141 receiving yards, including two touchdowns. Defensively, Zieyuan Cook-Tyson led the Eagles with 11 tackles. Jamie Anderson made seven tackles - including two for a loss – to go along with a fumble recovery and a sack. Junayde Richardson tallied five tackles including two for a loss, forcing a fumble and making a sack.

A dominant Wayne defensive effort that allowed only one first down combined with a strong offensive putting put the Eagles into the win column. Brodie Newmyer led the way offensively, going 7-for-8 with a touchdown passing as well as two more touchdowns on the ground. Cody Crandall rushed for 59 yards and two touchdowns, while also contributing five tackles, two sacks, and two fumble recoveries on defense. Lucas Welker made four catches for 34 yards and a touchdown offensively and also tallied five tackles (three for a loss) and a sack on the other side of the ball. Joey Tumia made three tackles and a sack, and also recovered a fumble for a touchdown.

Brady McClurg threw for 126 yards and three touchdowns while adding another touchdown on the ground as Le Roy/Caledonia Mumford stayed perfect. Cameron Riggi and Thomas Chrissy also scored rushing touchdowns, while Donovan Gaillard scored twice receiving. Connor Elmore gained 55 yards receiving and scored a touchdown and also made two tackles on defense. Dillon Alcott tallied four tackles and a sack, while Trent Mosher had an interception. Gaga Thomas threw a touchdown to Dayton Orlowske for Haverling's lone score, while Dante Nealy made nine tackles.

Robbie Dettman led the East Rochester/Gananda Bombers to the win with two passing touchdowns and a rushing score, part of a 138-yard night passing for the quarterback. Owen Munding (83 yards rushing) and Ray Allen (57 yards rushing) also ran in touchdowns, while Andrew Newman and Justice Allen caught touchdown passes. Newman also tied for the team lead in tackles, with five, alongside Nicholas Falso. Both Allens as well as Samad Ellington pulled down an interception each. Nick Chiccino kicked five extra points. Jacob Benitez led the Livonia offense with 103 yards rushing and a touchdown. Jack Henry also scored a rushing touchdown. Aaron Kime led the Bulldogs in tackles, with seven.

Leading 22-0 at the half thanks to touchdown rushes from running-backs Rydar Riechert and Kingston Woods and quarterback Brody Heckman, Alexander/Pembroke remained in control the rest of the way for its first win of the season. Heckman added another rushing touchdown in the second half, while Brett Maloney put up the final score for the Defenders with a 69 yard rush. Linebacker Duke Snyder had two sacks on the night and scored a two-point conversion on a pass from Heckman, while Austin Humphrey was a perfect four-for-four in extra points. Woods, Justin Brokks, Jacob Smith, and Wyatt Summers also had sacks, with Summers making six tackles. Sean Pietrzkowski led the Defenders with 4.5 tackles for loss. Caden Sumeriski had the lone score for Letchworth/Warsaw/Perry, running in a 50 yard touchdown in the third quarter.

York/Pavilion's Parker Bonafede starred in every aspect of the offense on Friday, throwing for 263 yards and two touchdowns, rushing for 39 yards and a touchdown, and scoring a touchdown on a 25-yard reception as the Golden Knights remained undefeated. Johnny Ayers scored a touchdown on the ground and threw the touchdown to Bonafede, while Liam Campbell gained 50 yards receiving while also leading the team in tackles (13) and sacks (2). Yeriel Dias-Pena gained 90 all-purpose yards. Caleb Gavin made eight tackles, while Aiden Koblanski had seven in addition to a forced fumble and a sack.

Brady Henchen's three touchdowns – one passing and two rushing – helped Dansville/Wayland-Cohocton edge Avon, with the Mustangs holding on to the win when Avon missed a field goal with eight seconds left on the clock. Henchen threw for 136 yards and rushed for 101, while Ethan Bauer rushed for 102 yards with a touchdown. Cole Hanggi led receivers with 60 yards, while Clay Rigdon gained 33 yards with a touchdown. Quinn Dixon (7), Josh Stanley (6), Ean Gaylord (6), Henchen (6), and Hanggi (5) led in tackles. Evan Blye threw for 238 yards for Avon, while James Chase ran for 119 yards, received for 77, and scored a receiving touchdown. Bobby Bridges also scored for the River Hawks, running in for a touchdown as part of a 81-yard night on the ground. Blayden Borsching (11), Bridges (10) and Chase (9) led Avon in tackles.

A 28-point first quarter, including three touchdowns from Carter Graser, spurred Newark/Marion to a 38-8 halftime lead that held through the rest of the game. Graser finished the game six-for-six with 162 yards and three touchdowns to go with a rushing touchdown as well. Jykell Rodriguez gained 74 yards receiving and scored twice, while Ki'marion Woolfolk caught four passes for 88 yards and a touchdown.

John Whitfield helped Clyde-Savannah to its first win of the season with 204 yards on the ground, scoring three touchdowns. Garrett Carr ran for 130 yards and a touchdown.

Gianni Velazquez led the way for Geneva on both offense and defense, rushing for 93 yards and two touchdowns while also making 12 tackles and forcing a fumble he then recovered to return for a touchdown. Jazhire White also starred both ways for the Panthers, making two catches for 73 yards while pulling down an interception on defense. Travis Tolbert Jr. gained 30 all-purpose yards on offense while making two tackles, breaking up a pass, and making an interception on defense. Khy Archibald-Shorter also made an interception. Jeffery Castro-Anderson made four tackles including two for loss, and added two sacks.

Terrell "Pooty" Cunningham completed 10-of-15 passes for 236 yards and four touchdowns as well as gaining 32 yards on the ground to lead Monroe. Luis Falu rushed for game-high 152 yards and scored four times as well. Jermaine Montgomery also ran for 71 yards and a touchdown on four carries. Messiah Hampton caught three balls for 68 yards. On the defensive side, Montgomery had four tackles and an interception that he returned for a 55-yard score. Christien Franklin had 10 tackles and a sack. Ray Garcia scored on 56-yard punt return.

Zyaire Banks-Brown rushed for 167 yards and three touchdowns to lead a Finney effort that gained 300 yards on the ground. The senior finished with rushes of 65 and 40 yards to go with a trio of 2-point conversions. On the defensive side, Banks-Brown accounted for 11 tackles - including four solo efforts - two forced fumbles and a fumble recovery. Teammate Aaron Farrelly had a 23-yard touchdown run as part of his 54 yards on six carries. Farrelly also returned an interception 20 yards and made four tackles. Jonah Flow totaled 67 rushing yards and one touchdown on 11 carries. Flow had eight tackles, including three solo efforts. Tre Bradley rushed for 12 yards on three carries and a 2-point conversion to go with two tackles on the defensive side. Parker Phillips contributed six tackles (2 solo) and a pass deflection. Dylan Corriea had nine tackles (3 solo) and a pass deflection. Brendan Hurley finished with six tackles (1 solo). Jackson Shellman had three tackles (1 solo), and Cayden Fabry had four tackles (1 solo). Holley's Kevin Robinson rushed for 87 yards and two touchdowns as well as passing for another 68 yards. Isaiah Williams also had 65 yards on the ground. Robinson tallied six tackles and Braden Read had four tackles as well as a sack.

Mason Delmarle led the way for Palmyra-Macedon rushing for 112 yards on the ground and found the end zone once. Also, on the ground Adam Rapp Jr. produced eight carries for 22 yards, Tim Batterby had two carries for 36 yards, and Trey Porpora contributed two carries for fifteen yards along with three receptions for 59 yards and a touchdown. Porpora also returned an interception for six points. Through the air, Camron Quick completed 10-of-22 passes for 199 yards and four touchdowns. Senior tight end Henry Beaton caught two passes for 29 yards and a touchdown, James Mack III caught four passes for 87 yards and a touchdown, and Reid Diehl caught a 24-yard touchdown pass. Mike Rogers Jr. scored the lone Vertus touchdown on an 85-yard kickoff return.
