Six spots in the New York State Public High School Athletic Association Boys' Basketball semifinals are on the line when Section V hosts Section VI this weekend. Action starts on Friday at Gates Chili High School when World of Inquiry faces Akron in the Class B game. A 5:30 p.m. tip-off is scheduled. Rush-Henrietta and Jamestown will battle in the AAA game. A 7:45 start time is slated. 

Games continue on Saturday at Rush-Henrietta High School with Greece Athena and Health Sciences getting the day started with a noon tip-off. Fillmore and Panama follow in the Class D game with Wayne and Williamsville South in the Class A game after that. Honeoye and Westfield will cap the weekend in the Class C state quarterfinal.
