Angelina Luker Award Section V Scholarship Week Of 7/1/2024 Sport Track & Field School Oakfield-Alabama Year Senior Position Hometown High School Oakfield-Alabama Angelina has been participating on the Track and Field team since seventh grade. In addition, she has participated on the school’s soccer, cheerleading, cross country, swimming and indoor track and field teams. Angelina shares that one of her favorite memories from participating in interscholastic athletics “would be the friendships I have made. The great thing about track, especially pentathlon, is that you get to see and form relationships with other athletes multiple times throughout the season. Track allows student-athletes to support each other despite competing directly against them”. After high school, Angelina plans to attend the University at Buffalo to study Civil Engineering and earn an MBA through the honors college. Angelina states the one word that best describes her is “adaptable”.
