Hailey Trank Award Section V Scholarship Week Of 1/7/2024 Sport Girls Volleyball School Penn Yan Central School District Year Senior Position Hometown High School Penn Yan Academy Hailey has been participating in Girls Volleyball for six years. In addition, she participated in basketball and softball. Hailey shares that some of the memories from participating in interscholastic athletics she will miss most is “being chosen for Finger Lakes West First Team All-League, New York State Section V 6th Team for Class B, Exceptional Senior and All Greater Rochester Nominee! Hailey also surpassed 1200 career assists—breaking the school record for assists in one season and overall career assists”. After high school, Hailey plans to major in nursing and minor in Forensics and Spanish. She hopes to continue to play volleyball in college. Hailey states the one word that best describes her is “ambitious”.
