Ryan Hamilton Award Section V Scholarship Week Of 6/29/2023 Sport Boys Lacrosse School Batavia City School District Year Senior Position Hometown High School Batavia Ryan has been participating in Lacrosse for eight years. He also participated in soccer, ice hockey and Unified Bowling. Ryan shares that some of the memories from participating in interscholastic athletics he will miss most are “making friendships that will last a lifetime, learning valuable lessons in life like; teamwork, discipline, goal setting, being respectful and good sportsmanship and finally Batavia winning a lacrosse game for the first time in 6 years! After high school, Ryan plans to attend Genesee Community College to study Hospitality Management. Upon completion of his Associate’s Degree, he plans to transfer to a four year college to complete his degree in Hospitality Management with the hopes to someday be a Hotel Manager or work on a cruise ship. Ryan states the one word that best describes him is “driven”.
