Sydney Bolton Award Section V Scholarship Week Of 6/22/2020 Sport Softball School Webster Schroeder High School Year Senior Position Hometown High School Webster Schroeder Sydney has been playing softball for seven years, and has been a varsity athlete at Webster Schroeder for four years. She shares that her favorite memories are “Doing 'Game Day Interviews' with the team before each game, and singing and dancing on the bus before and after games. I enjoyed being a teammate that everyone counted on, and being a friend to all of my teammates, whether we were on the field or in school.” After graduation Sydney plans to play softball and study Nursing in the honors college at SUNY Brockport, “eventually looking to earn my DNP degree to become a doctor of nursing practice in pediatric oncology/hematology.” She states that one word that best describes herself is “humble.”
